Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev said that Russia unintentionally shot down an Azerbaijani Airlines flight that crashed in Kazakhstan on Wednesday, killing 38 people. Aliyev on Sunday called for Russia to admit guilt and pay compensation for the incident.
