The Nameless: Slay Dragon Is Getting Bigger

WhisperGames has finally released a major update called Mythic Epic for their beloved strategy table-top adventure RPG The Nameless Slay Dragon on Steam. The publisher also mentioned that this is all thanks to all the feedback from the “enthusiastic players”. The community helped so much in refining the mechanics of the game, as well as balancing the combat system and the ever-expanding content. The game is now perfect for veteran players, new ones, challenge seekers, or even casual players, thanks to this update. It is also free, so dive right into it and enjoy the multitude of fresh and exciting experiences.

The Mythic Epic update expands the game with exciting new features. It introduces a sixth ending, shaped entirely by your decisions, and Character Traits to fine-tune your party’s abilities, enhancing everything from combat to crafting. Four new melee-focused professions, including the Heavy Warrior, a tanky powerhouse that converts defense into offense, add fresh combat strategies and synergies with spellcasters.

For seasoned players, New Game+ offers carryover saves with additional trait slots, enabling stronger builds for tougher challenges. The update also brings two new modes: Mythic Epic, with powerful Mythic-phase enemies for players seeking intense difficulty. And Unlimited Rest, perfect for a relaxed playthrough where resting doesn’t impact rewards or progression. There are many new map events, character dialogues, and boss fights, making the game 30% larger.

Well, that is not all, the Nintendo Switch version of The Nameless: Slay Dragon is currently under development and it will be coming out this year. So, stay tuned for more news in the future.
